This morning CNN reported that Jan. home sale prices are the lowest since 2002. First of all, that is obviously lagging data since we are at the end of March proving that the media is NOT reporting current, accurate data. ALL reports from real time data show a stabilization, leveling inventory, year over year improvements AND price increases in many parts of the country.
